I found Ian to be an intuitive, intelligent agent with integrity. He displayed constant awareness of the implications of actions and offered up alternative more kosher resolutions. He was expeditious in his complete diligence of inquiry and follow through – negating any delay in the transaction – which in the long run was vital to our success. Mr. Woods also displayed ownership and responsibility for the task at hand and frankly was a joy to work with by this ailing senior.
